Our Shipping / Return Policy

Received Wrong Product/Defective Product

If for any reason the wrong or defective product is sent to you, Christ Angels LLC will immediately fix our error and send out the corrected product. Please feel free to send us an email to christangelsllc@gmail.com. Please include your name and order number. Please be sure to specify your concerns including what you originally ordered to what you received. To better assist you as a valued customer please attach a picture of your wrong or defective product.

Shipping Policy

We pride ourselves on getting your purchased order out as quickly as possible. Items will be shipped out within 3-7 business days of receiving payment, unless noted differently on the website. (Note shipping can be delayed depending on inventory or stock).

Once we ship out your order you will receive a shipping confirmation sent to the email you provided at the time of purchase. Shipping times can also vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. We will try our very best to get you your order as quickly as possible. (Exact delivery dates will be updated through your tracking number through carrier).

For International Shipping please allow between 7-28 days.

Orders placed on Holidays or Weekends will be processed the next business day.

Color Disclaimer

Fabric colors may vary depending on the representation of appearances on different computer monitors. Depending on one’s computer screens, resolution, color, tone or display setting colors may tend to vary.

Security

We here at Christ Angels LLC value you are trusting us with your personal information, and we strive to protect your information. Please remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable.

Return/Exchange Policy

Our refund policy for unused and undamaged items will allow our customers the option to return a purchase within 7 business days of receiving their purchase. In efforts to receive a full refund or exchange items they MUST BE UNDAMAGED and UNWORN and will need to be returned in their original packaging as well. If a customer wishes to get a refund, please email us and we will initiate the return process. Once the returned item has been received and inspected and meets all Christ Angels LLC return policies a refund will be processed with the same form of payment.

Customers will be responsible for the shipping cost of returned purchases. Customers will not receive a refund if items are not received in the time allotment stated above.

Exchange

Exchanges will only be granted on those purchases that are not worn and undamaged and returned in their original packaging. Then an exchange of a same value product will be shipped out after the inspection of your exchanged purchase has been approved by Christ Angels LLC.

Note: For any reason if the wrong product was sent out Christ Angels LLC will cover the shipping cost.

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include music, software, and video games.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges

If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
